November in Poznań has its own special flavor. As we do every year at The Time, we’re reviving a Greater Poland tradition and inviting you to enjoy goose prepared according to Head Chef Dawid Łagowski’s original recipe. The star of the show is a whole goose, stuffed with groats, apples, and giblets. We serve it at the table alongside classic sides: red cabbage, beets, potato dumplings, potato balls, and roast gravy. This dish is designed for a shared table, a long dinner, and celebrating one of Poznań’s most cherished traditions.
The set is available from November 3 through November 14, except for November 6, when The Time is hosting a special Dom Pérignon dinner.
